Return Policy

No refunds for live products. Items can be returned if unused, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Only the item price is refundable; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return in case of breakage

A full refund is available if the item arrives damaged. Delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be refunded or replaced one week after the estimated delivery date. For items without a tracking number, refunds will be issued within 7 weeks of the estimated delivery date. For items with a tracking number, refunds can be issued at any time.

Sclerotia awakening is guaranteed within 72 hours, provided that awakening is carried out under normal conditions (sclerotia, rearing in the dark, etc.). If you meet these conditions, contact us at contact@antsyca.ca with a photo of your setup.
